Haiku about waiting for play

Waiting – a haiku

haiku

He paints me in place,
Pulls my mind into his space,
Draws me out … and in.

That moment, when I am waiting, something special happens. It may look like nothing, but, it is the beginning. I am not sure that my effort at a haiku puts it across as I feel it, but I’m also unsure if the image really counts as ‘pin-up’ either. Nonetheless, I want to try to include more poetry on my blog as it is a genre I really like.

  1. I love the mindfuck that comes from “just waiting”. ? Headspace is everything! Nice pic too!

    • Thank you. I love that part too. It is odd how quickly it can centre you and let it looks like nothing is happening. Magic ?
